Web Hosting Support Services
For customers where AlphaPlex is providing web site hosting
services, requests for support are handled based upon a priority scheme as
follows:

Priority 1 - A web site is completely inaccessible to
everyone on the Internet or is generating software errors, which prevent
complete use of the site by everyone on the Internet. Priority 1 problems
may be reported via email , a phone call or via pager during non-business
hours.

Priority 2 - A portion of the Customer’s web site is
inaccessible to everyone on the Internet or is generating software errors,
which prevent that portion of the site from being used by everyone on the
Internet. Note: Priority 2
problems may be reported via email or via a phone call.
Priority 2 problems may not be reported via pager.

Priority 3 - The Customer has a question on how
to use their web site or is uncertain if there is a problem with a web site.
Priority 3 problems may be reported via email or a phone call.
Priority 3 problems may not be reported via pager.

Email Support - Customer may request assistance or ask
questions via email at any time by sending an email message to support@AlphaPlex.net.
Email support requests are answered during normal business hours,
which are Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Mountain Time.
AlphaPlex will notify Customer in the event the support email address
changes.

Telephone Support - Customer may request assistance or
ask questions via telephone at any time by calling AlphaPlex support at
(719) 599-3449. Telephone
support requests are answered during normal business hours, which are
Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Mountain Time. AlphaPlex
will notify Customer in the event the phone number for telephone support
changes.

Pager Support - Customer may request off-hours
assistance by calling AlphaPlex’s support pager number at (719) 761-3449.
REQUESTS FOR SUPPORT VIA PAGER MUST BE LIMITED TO PRIORITY 1 SUPPORT
CALLS. Support calls to the
AlphaPlex support pager, which are not Priority 1 calls will be billed to
the Customer at AlphaPlex’s current time and materials labor rates.
AlphaPlex will notify Customer in the event the phone number for
pager support changes.

Services Not Provided by AlphaPlex - AlphaPlex is not
responsible for errors generated by services not provided by AlphaPlex
including but not limited to Customer's computers, Internet access services,
advertising networks and streaming media networks not operated by AlphaPlex.
Payment Policies
- Development Services - 50% of the proposal amount is paid at the start of
the project.
- Final Payments - Are due when web sites are available for use by the
intended consumer of the web site, whether a public web site or an internal
company web site or application. In the case of Multi-Media or
graphics services, final payment is due when the finished work is provided
to the customer in electronic form.
- Progress Payments - Projects that last more than 30 calendar days in
duration will be subject to progress payments. These payments will be
identified in the Pricing section of our proposals to customers.
- Time and Materials Projects - AlphaPlex also provides services on a time
and materials basis as well as a time and materials basis with upper limit.
- Purchase Orders - AlphaPlex may provides services to selected customers
upon execution of a purchase order.

Pricing for all services development is totally based upon our customers
detailed requirements and is highly variable. For a

ranges for various services are shown below.
Privacy
We strongly believe in your right to privacy. We do not give away
or sell our customer names, email addresses or any other information to third
parties. We ensure that all customer information and materials remains
confidential and we can execute non-disclosure agreements for projects that
require this level of assurance.
